Dr Marohasy sets off with an underwater photographer, an American who believes the Great Barrier Reef is dead, and three Marlin fishermen in search of 400-year-old monster corals with annual growth rings like tree rings.
Jennifer Marohasy is a scientist and has published in prestigious science and law journals, edited books and spent much of her life diving coral reefs from The Ribbons north-east of Cooktown all the way south to Shark Alley off Stradbroke.
